Alte Wald-Himbeere is a wild raspberry spirit from Prinz, bottled at 41% in a 1 litre bottle.
The freshly picked berries are macerated and the fruity distillate is distilled twice. It then rests for several years in stoneware vessels and in small wooden casks, which add depth and a subtle wood note alongside the raspberry fruit.
