This is a 15-year-old single cask malt from a distillery on the Orkney Islands, released as Probably Orkney's Finest in Douglas Laing's Old Particular range. It was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2023 at 48.4% ABV.
Its whole maturation took place in one refill hogshead, which gave 293 bottles. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
Douglas Laing was founded in 1948 by Fred Douglas Laing and remains in the Laing family.
