Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey (37.5cl, 40%)

Proper No. Twelve is a triple-distilled Irish whiskey, bottled at 40% ABV in a 37.5cl bottle. It blends grain and single malt whiskey, and the blend is aged for four years in bourbon barrels. It was created as a tribute to founder Conor McGregor and the Crumlin neighbourhood of Dublin 12 where he grew up. It is friendly and straightforward, and suits ginger ale or ice. Baked apple, a little honey and sweet ripe berries lead on the nose. The palate is smooth and approachable, with vanilla, honey and toasted wood, ending in a warm, creamy toffee finish.
