Pulteney 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt matured in bourbon casks and bottled by the distillery at 40% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is dry and grassy, mingling with toffee and vanilla crescent biscuits, with oat pastry and salted caramel behind. The palate is soft, smooth and gentle: sweet honey and whipped cream give way to ripe, fruity tones with fresh spices. The finish is lively and lasting, with a light saltiness.
