Old Pulteney 25 Year Old is a single malt from Pulteney Distillery in Wick, Caithness, the most northerly distillery on the Scottish mainland. It is matured for 25 years in American oak ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV.
The long maturation, the coastal location and the coastal warehouses have developed a character of honey, vanilla and toffee, which sits alongside brine and a coastal influence.
