This is a Pulteney single malt, aged 18 years and bottled by A.D. Rattray for its Cask Collection. It was distilled on 21 November 2007 and matured entirely in a bourbon barrel, cask 700751, before bottling on 27 February 2026 at a cask strength of 53.4%. Only 239 bottles were filled.
The nose brings sea breeze, white chocolate and fresh lime, with ripe pear, toffee and creamy vanilla. The palate is full and oily, with juicy banana, shortbread, honey, ginger and rye spice. The finish is medium to long and warm, with cinnamon, sugared almonds and a note of oak.
