Pure Antique 22 Year Old Bourbon (75cl, 62%)

Pure Antique 22 Year is a straight bourbon from Preservation Distillery + Farm in Bardstown, Kentucky. Each batch is blended from no more than three barrels of Kentucky and Tennessee bourbon aged 22 years, and yields fewer than 250 bottles. The barrels went into the warehouse at a low entry proof of 115 and were managed over the years to avoid over-oaking. The bourbon is bottled unfiltered at cask strength, between 114.6 and 116.6 proof (57 to 62% ABV) depending on the batch, in a 750ml bottle. It is described as having rich viscosity and a long finish.
