This is a limited edition tequila made by QUI to mark Nobu's 30th anniversary, in a large-format 1.75L bottle with artwork by KAWS. Only 50 bottles were made.
The tequila was distilled in 1999 and is 25 years old. It was aged in oak barrels, then rested in stainless-steel tanks to finish.
On the nose there are cherry, honey and dried orange over a soft oak tone. The palate opens with toffee and cooked agave, followed by a gentle, rounded spice. The finish brings white pepper warmth, lingering citrus peel and sweet oak.
