Cavehill is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Rabbit Hole, in a 75cl bottle at 47.5% ABV. Its mash bill combines corn, malted barley, honey malted barley and malted wheat.
The bourbon is aged in American white oak barrels from Kelvin Cooperage. Once mature, it is blended in small batches of no more than 15 barrels.
The nose brings spice, honey and fresh apples. On the palate it is creamy, with orange, honey, mint and a hint of toasted grain, followed by a finish of vanilla custard.
