A 16 year old Kentucky straight bourbon from Rabbit Hole Distillery in Louisville, released as the Nevallier in its Founders Collection. It comes in a 750ml bottle.
Rabbit Hole was founded by Kaveh Zamanian, and this expression is distilled by the distillery itself rather than sourced. It spent its sixteen years in new charred American oak and has a deep amber colour.
The nose offers caramel, dried fruit and warm spice. On the palate come caramel, brown sugar, dried fruit and warm oak, and the finish is long.
