Rabbit Tale Cavehill is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 47.5% abv (95 proof). It is one of the flagship expressions of Rabbit Hole.
The bourbon has spent at least three years in new American oak barrels. Its 'four-grain triple malt' recipe uses a mash bill of 70% corn, 10% malted wheat, 10% malted barley and 10% honey malted barley.
The palate is warm, with citrus, melted toffee and vanilla bean.
