Rabbit Tale Dareinger is a straight bourbon from Kentucky, bottled at 46.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The mash bill is 68% corn, 18% wheat and 14% malted barley.
It begins its ageing in alligator char barrels, the heaviest char level, and is then finished in PX sherry casks from Casknolia Cooperage in Spain, a step borrowed from Scotch whisky practice.
It has won Double Gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in consecutive years, as well as a Gold at the World Whiskies Awards.
