Rabbit Tale Dareringer is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46.5% abv (93 proof). It is aged in handcrafted Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and made from a blend of no more than fifteen barrels.
The barrels are toasted and charred in a particular way, and the bourbon is not chill-filtered. It can be drunk neat or in cocktails.
The nose brings sherry and cherry, and the flavour is sweet with a touch of spice.
