This is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Rabbit Tale Distillery, bottled at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle. It uses a four-grain recipe of 70% corn, 10% wheat, 10% honey malted barley and 10% malted barley, and was aged for a minimum of three years in new American oak barrels.
The nose offers soft pears dipped in honey, ginger cookies, molasses and citrus zest. On the palate there are warm citrus notes, melted toffee and vanilla bean with cream.
