A Texas bourbon from Ranger Creek, bottled at 48% in a 375ml bottle. It was matured for 18 months in small casks. The heat in Texas brings whiskey to maturity considerably faster. The nose is caramel chocolate, vanilla, brown sugar and fresh wood. On the palate come caramel, cinnamon and wild cherries with a slight chilli and rye note. The finish is long, sweet and warm.
