Rebel Yell Single Barrel (75cl, 50%)

Rebel Yell Single Barrel is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 50% ABV, or 100 proof, in a 750ml bottle. Each bottling comes from a single barrel, so the selection differs from one barrel to the next. Caramel, honey, vanilla and toasted oak run through it, with a spicy edge that comes from the higher strength. The nose is warm vanilla, caramel and light fruit. On the palate there is rich oak, toffee and soft spices with a hint of pepper, and the finish is long, full and warming.
