Red Shank Irish Whiskey (75cl)

Red Shank is a single grain Irish whiskey made outside Dublin, in Ireland. It is triple-distilled and comes in a 750ml bottle. It works in a simple highball. For a Ginger Mist, pour 1 1/2 oz of Red Shank over ice in a tall glass, top with ginger ale and garnish with a slice of lime.
