A 10 year old single pot still Irish whiskey from Redbreast, bottled at cask strength as Batch 1. It recreates a Redbreast last seen in the 1970s and was a limited release for members of the brand's Birdhouse Club in March 2021.
The whiskey has matured in a combination of American oak and ex-Oloroso sherry casks. Redbreast is made from malted and un-malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills.
