Redbreast 15 Years (70cl, 46%)

Redbreast 15 Years is an Irish single pot still whiskey from Cork, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is triple distilled in copper pot stills. The whiskey matures in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and American bourbon casks, which shape its character. The nose is rich, with berry fruits, sherry and aromatic oils. On the palate it is full, round and soft, with juicy fruit, spice, sherry and toasted wood. The finish is long and aromatic, with dark berry notes.
