Redbreast 21 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46%. It is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills.
Maturation takes place in a combination of first fill American bourbon barrels and first fill Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. At 21 years it is the oldest expression of the Redbreast style, and it is presented as the fullest statement of the brand's sherry character.
