Redbreast 27 Year Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey bottled at cask strength, 54.6% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It has spent 27 years in cask.
Building on the bourbon and sherry cask influence that Redbreast is known for, ruby port casks are added to give the whiskey more complexity and depth. The result is a cask strength expression from a name with a long-established reputation.
