Redbreast Cask Strength is an Irish single pot still whiskey bottled at 57.2% without the addition of water. It was matured in bourbon and sherry casks.
The nose brings dried fruit, fig, grape and orange peel, with spice, vanilla and wood. On the palate are candied fruit, honey, nuts and spice in a full, oily texture. The finish is long and warming, with woody, spicy and lightly toasted notes.
