Redbreast Lustau Sherry Finish is a single pot still Irish whisky from the Redbreast range, made in partnership with Lustau Bodegas. It first matured for nine to twelve years in old bourbon and oloroso sherry casks.
It then spent further time in Spanish oak casks that had held Lustau oloroso. The sherry casks bring notes of red fruit, and the whisky keeps its fruity character.
