Redbreast Pedro Ximénez Edition Irish Whiskey (75cl)

Redbreast Pedro Ximénez Edition is an Irish single pot still whiskey in a 75cl bottle. It is the first release in the Redbreast Iberian Series, whose whiskeys are finished in casks from Spain and Portugal, and it is now a permanent part of the range. The whiskey is triple distilled and first matured in Bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. It is then re-casked in Pedro Ximénez hogsheads from the south of Spain, which give it a sweet finish.
