Redemption High Rye is a bourbon whose recipe goes close to the upper limit of rye allowed in a bourbon mash bill. The mash bill is 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley, and the whiskey is aged for a minimum of two years.
It is bottled at 92 proof, which is 46% ABV. The flavour is a sweet bourbon backbone with strong rye spice, alongside vanilla and caramel.
