Emerald Giant is a rye whiskey from Redwood Empire, named after the fastest growing redwood tree in the world. It is made from hand-selected rye whiskey barrels aged between 3 and 5 years.
The mash bill is 95% rye, which gives the whiskey a pronounced spiciness.
On the palate there is a hint of honey and orange peel, followed by a lingering cinnamon finish.
