Pipe Dream is a cask strength bourbon from Redwood Empire, bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It was the first bourbon released under the Redwood Empire name.
The whiskey is made from barrels aged between four and twelve years, using a mash bill with a high proportion of corn. The name refers to the 14th tallest tree on the planet. It is described as smooth and complex, and as a whiskey for sipping.
