A Tasmanian single malt from Remnant, bottled at 45% in a 50cl bottle. It is matured in first-fill Bourbon casks and Australian Apera casks.
The nose offers mocha, blood orange and ripe peach, with a hint of toasted marshmallow. On the palate come dark chocolate orange, meringue and salted caramel. The finish turns to almond croissant and vanilla custard.
