Reservoir Wheat Whiskey, Batch 1 from 2022, is an American wheat whiskey bottled at 50% abv. It comes from Reservoir, a distillery founded in Richmond, Virginia, in 2008 by childhood friends Jay Carpenter and Dave Cuttino. The founders wanted to honour their southern heritage and shake up the conventional whiskey world. The mash is made entirely of wheat, which gives a buttery, flavoursome and soft spirit.
