RickHouse Cask Strength is a straight bourbon whiskey bottled at 51.5% ABV (103 proof) in a 75cl bottle, without chill filtration.
It is distilled three times in copper pot stills from a mash bill of 80% corn and 20% rye. The whiskey matures in extra charred new American oak, and is then raked over French oak staves.
It is described as bold, toasty and rich, with pronounced vanilla, spice and smoke and a lingering sweetness.
