Riesling Alto Adige DOC Auswhal Josef Weger

This is a Riesling from Alto Adige DOC, produced by Josef Weger. It shows pale straw reflections with good brightness. The nose offers white-fleshed fruit, clear citrus and light floral notes, kept essential and precise. On the palate it is balanced, with vibrant freshness supported by savoury minerality, good tension and a clean progression. It suits seafood starters, steamed or grilled fish, shellfish and mild fresh cheeses, and is best served cool, around 8-10 C, in tulip glasses.
