Riesling Secco Weingut Geil

A dry Riesling from Weingut Geil, from Rhineland-Palatinate in Germany. The Riesling is grown on slate-rich soils and vinified with controlled fermentation to preserve aromatic elegance and a clean, dry expression. In the glass it is bright straw yellow, with aromas of citrus, green apple and a delicate hint of white flowers. On the palate the acidity is well balanced, with a clean taste and pleasant persistence. It is suggested with fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.
