Rig Hand Cherry Whisky is a Canadian flavoured whisky from Rig Hand Distillery in Alberta. It starts with Canadian whisky aged for three years, which is naturally infused with cherry juice and bottled at 30% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. Ripe cherry sweetness leads, with gentle vanilla, caramel and oak sitting beneath the fruit. The nose is pronounced cherry and sweet red fruit over vanilla and caramel. The palate is smooth and sweet, with juicy cherry ahead of subtle vanilla and restrained oak, and the finish is fruity, with lingering cherry sweetness.
