Roe & Co is a blended Irish whiskey, named after George Roe, a pioneer of Irish whiskey. It combines hand-selected Irish malt and grain whiskeys and is bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle.
The whiskey is matured entirely in bourbon casks, a good share of them used for the first time, which gives it a vanilla note.
