A white wine from Giacomo Grimaldi, made from Arneis and bottled as Roero Arneis DOC. It shows a bright straw colour with greenish reflections. The nose is fragrant, with white flowers, peach, pear, citrus and a light almond note. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with good acidity, sapidity and a clean, slightly herbaceous finish. Medium-bodied and soft through the middle, it is suited to fish starters, shellfish, delicate risottos and grilled vegetables, and works well as an aperitif. Serve chilled, around 10-12 C.
