This is a 21 year old single malt from Rosebank in the Lowlands, distilled in 1990 and bottled by Old Malt Casks at 50% ABV. It has a straw colour.
The nose is zesty and mineral, with lemon, gunflint, limestone, mint and a riesling note, along with a faint yeastiness and a touch of dairy cream. On the palate there are lemon drops, marmalade, limoncello, a grassy edge, white pepper and a single walnut. The finish is long and zesty.
