Rosebank 31 Year Old is a single malt from the Rosebank distillery in Camelon, on the Forth and Clyde canal between Edinburgh and Glasgow. This is Release 2, the second in a series of annual releases, with 4,000 bottles made.
The spirit was distilled in 1990, a few years before the distillery closed in 1993, and was left to mature for 31 years. It was bottled at 48.1% ABV and is non-chill filtered. The distillery was bought by Ian MacLeod Distillers in 2017 and is open again.
