Rosebank 31 Year Old is a Lowland single malt bottled at 48.1% in a 70cl bottle. It was made from the final remnants of whisky stock left from before the distillery closed in 1993.
The nose opens with citrus, lime, lemongrass, coriander seed and clove, with soft vanilla and sugar-coated almonds. The palate is light and vibrant, with mint, chamomile, leather, berries and banana bread. The finish sweetens, with peach, oak and long herbal notes.
