Rosebank 32 Year Old (Release 3) is a triple-distilled Lowland single malt, distilled in 1990. It was released in 2023 as the third Legacy release, after Ian Macleod Distillers revived the distillery that had stopped production in 1993.
The colour is pale gold. The nose is sweet, with pineapple and candied ginger alongside lemon and marzipan, and hints of white pepper and café latte.
The palate is velvety, with malt, thyme, butterscotch, tropical fruit, drying oak and soft, warming spice. The finish is soft and long, with lemon, honeyed porridge and toasted walnut.
