Rosso IGT - Nero di Predappio - Nicolucci

A red wine from Nicolucci with a vivid ruby colour tending to garnet at the rim. The nose opens with small red fruits and ripe cherry, accompanied by delicate spice and herbaceous hints, in a moderate and inviting intensity. On the palate it confirms fruity sensations, with present but soft tannins and acidity that supports drinking, ending in a linear finish with fruity returns and a light spicy note. It pairs simply with everyday dishes such as pasta with savoury sauces, roasted white meats and semi-hard cheeses. Serve cool for reds, around 16-18 °C, opening the wine a few minutes before pouring.
