This is a 30-year-old Highland single malt from Royal Lochnagar, distilled in 1988 and bottled in 2018 at natural cask strength. It was released to mark the 140th anniversary of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert visiting the distillery in 1848, and to celebrate the 70th birthday of His Royal Highness, in aid of the Princes Foundation.
The whisky comes from a single American oak cask, number 1129, and this is bottle 059 of only 206.
