A pot still Australian rum distilled in August 2007 from Australian molasses, matured for ten years in Australia and a further two years in Europe. It is bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered and uncoloured, limited to 497 bottles. The distillery near Brisbane has produced rum from Australian molasses for over 130 years.
Nose: lemon, bergamot, pepperoni and freshly pressed orange juice. Palate: honey, crisp grapes and orange peel. Finish: long, with Jonagold apple, blossom honey and a hint of cocoa.
