A 2021-distilled Jamaican rum from Worthy Park, selected by Rumclub, with an ester content of around 1000 gr/hl. It matured for 3 years in a very fresh PX sherry cask. The result is a young Jamaican rum with depth and balance, offering fruity, woody and sweet components. No single note dominates; instead, the high-ester rum, fresh oak and PX sherry sweetness combine into a harmonious drinking experience.
