Samuel Gelston's is a blended Irish whiskey made from Irish malted barley and grain whiskey. It is triple distilled, matured in ex-bourbon oak casks and bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is lightly spiced, with fresh fruit, hard candy and gentle grain sweetness. The palate is honeyed, with mild spice, sweet grain, nuts and subtle fruit. The finish is long, with lingering honey, grain and restrained spice.
