Santa Maddalena Classico DOC - Ansitz Waldgries

A red wine from Alto Adige, produced mainly from Schiava on porphyry-rich soils that give structure and minerality. Ageing in wooden barrels adds softness and complexity without masking its natural freshness. Light ruby in colour, it offers cherry, small red fruits and floral notes. The palate is fresh, savoury and persistent, suited to white meats, delicate cured meats and fresh cheeses.
