A Kentucky straight rye whiskey aged for six years in new charred American oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof.
The mash bill is approximately 51% rye, 39% corn and 10% malted barley. The rye content is the minimum for a rye whiskey, so it is often described as a low rye.
The nose has orange zest, clove, dried dark fruit, sweet corn and apple cider. The palate is medium sweet, with cereal, honey, cinnamon and cloves, and the finish is of medium length with wood, nuts and mint.
