Scapa 16 Year Old is a single malt from the Orkney islands, matured for 16 years. The nose offers yellow fruit, honey and vanilla, with a light floral touch. On the palate there are apple, pear and caramel, with a little spice alongside. The finish is long, with vanilla and a light woodiness.
