The nose has honey, ripe orchard fruit, vanilla and citrus peel, with subtle coastal notes. The palate is silky and well rounded, with pear, melon, toffee, light spice and creamy vanilla over gentle oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering sweetness and a hint of sea breeze.
