Scapa 21 Year Old is a single malt from the Orkney Islands, matured for 21 years in first-fill American oak barrels. It is a single-batch release, non-chill filtered and bottled at a cask strength of 52.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is tropical, with apricot jam, raspberries, ripe banana and whipped cream. Peach and mango on the palate sit alongside vanilla cream, shortbread and gentle spice, and the finish is sweet, syrupy and long.
