Schramsberg Mirabelle is a Brut sparkling rosé from the North Coast, in a 75cl bottle. The grapes are hand-harvested from the 43-acre estate vineyard, and Schramsberg itself was established in 1965.
The nose is generous, with watermelon, raspberry and kumquat, along with hints of glazed pear and apricot.
The entry is tangy, with mouthwatering acidity. Bright flavours of strawberry and red plum follow, and the finish is long and lingering.
